Key Responsibilities

•Develop and prioritize a tactical 1–2 year product roadmap for the hardware domain and deliver features on time.
•Build customer empathy and use telemetry, system logs, and user data to identify gaps, diagnose friction, and improve reliability.
•Continuously iterate on existing hardware capabilities and software touchpoints using behavioral data.
•Act as the product glue between hardware development and digital application teams; write PRDs and manage delivery from prototype validation to launch.
•Partner with engineering, UX, QA, and data analysts; maintain product health via dashboards and success metrics while escalating risks to senior product leadership.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 185,000 - 240,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4–6+ years of technical product management experience shipping consumer-facing software features, IoT solutions, or connected hardware modules.
•Direct experience using product analytics platforms and working with data teams to track and improve user experiences.
•B.S. or M.S. in a technical field (Computer Science, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related quantitative discipline), or equivalent practical product management experience.
•Sound technical understanding of software development lifecycles, API interactions, and hardware/firmware constraints for connected IoT experiences.
•Ability to independently execute broadly defined goals and communicate complex requirements and product performance data in concise written updates.
