Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather, interpret, and translate lab requirements into hands-on learning experiences.
  • •Own the full lifecycle of technical training and certification labs—from design and build to maintenance and retirement.
  • •Keep lab environments current as products evolve and course content is updated.
  • •Design and develop new labs and lab challenges that reinforce key learning objectives.
  • •Ensure lab quality (including virtual machines, configurations, and specifications), manage provisioning/deprovisioning, maintain lab security controls, and troubleshoot lab issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or related) or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • •2+ years building, owning, and maintaining lab environments.
  • •2–3+ years in a technical support or systems administration role.
  • •Solid working knowledge of Active Directory, Windows, IIS, and SQL Server, plus familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Entra ID, and/or Okta.
  • •Proficiency in scripting and API integrations, with understanding of cybersecurity/identity security (IAM and PAM).
