Training Lab Manager

Manage and expand hands-on technical training and certification labs used by customers and partners to validate their expertise across the identity security portfolio. You’ll translate lab requirements from subject matter experts, design and update lab challenges, ensure lab security and quality, and troubleshoot issues to minimize learner disruption. Maintain lab environments as products evolve, handle end-to-end provisioning/deprovisioning, and continuously improve lab infrastructure and tooling.
