Branch Leader I, II or III - Mall of Georgia

Lead all aspects of an assigned branch by driving performance through coaching, managing, and business development. Manage branch revenue and growth across small business and mass affluent through face-to-face appointments, outbound calling, and prospecting. Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management, while partnering with IRM and operations leaders. Oversee human capital decisions including interviewing, hiring, scheduling, performance reviews, and counseling.
