•3+ years of experience in technical operations roles (e.g., Data Analyst, Data Scientist, Technical Program Manager) in fast-paced, high-growth settings; fintech, healthcare, or SaaS experience preferred.
•Ability to lead and mentor a cross-functional team of analysts, engineers, and automation specialists with a strong ownership mindset.
•Proven experience building and scaling automated workflows and data pipelines; comfortable working with SQL, Python, and scripting languages.
•Strong collaboration skills to align with Product, Engineering, and Operations, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field.
