Key Responsibilities

  • •Project management of planning and design team members, sub-consultants, and contractors for ongoing planning, design, and construction projects of airfield and landside projects for General Aviation and Commercial Air Service Airports.
  • •Develop, with airport consultants, the planning, design, and construction administration of airports, including grading, drainage, pavement design, specifications, and construction safety plans.
  • •Mentor and develop staff, provide leadership and an environment that encourages teamwork, initiative, and growth. Receive mentorship from experienced airport consultants in the US.
  • •Supervision, coordination, and production of several projects concurrently.
  • •Develop and maintain strong client relationships and coordinate with clients, funding agencies, state aviation officials, FAA, and local permit agencies.

Key Requirements

  • •BS Civil Engineering or related field.
  • •6 or more years of airside and landside airport project management or related field or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • •Experience with airport improvements from planning through the design and construction phase.
  • •EI or PE, preferably the State of Florida.
  • •Ability to mentor and lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects concurrently.
