  • •Carry a quota for signed neurology practices across a multi-state region and treat it as your scoreboard.
  • •Run the full cycle: self-source, work inbound leads, conduct discovery, build the business case, and close.
  • •Forecast accurately and maintain a clean, current pipeline in the CRM.
  • •Sell credibly across virtual and in-person motion, translating Craniometrix’s offering for clinical and administrative buyers.
  • •Map each practice’s decision-making unit, build multi-threaded relationships, and set up a clean handoff to Account Management while feeding field learnings into the sales playbook.

  • •2+ years carrying and hitting quota in a full-cycle B2B closing role, calibrated across Associate through Executive based on experience.
  • •Ability to sell to both clinical and administrative buyers and build rapport with physicians to move to signed partnerships.
  • •Strong judgment to determine what each deal needs and comfort selling both virtually and in person.
  • •Highly organized and analytical; can own a number and reason from pipeline data while keeping CRM clean and current.
