Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as Design Manager for data center projects, leading electrical design scope from concept through construction support and closeout.
  • •Provide hands-on electrical design leadership and technical ownership for mission-critical facilities.
  • •Lead and coordinate electrical engineers and SMEs within a multidisciplinary design team across projects.
  • •Manage design deliverables, resources, schedules, and quality, including developing and upholding electrical design standards and procedures.
  • •Act as client-facing technical lead and support project site visits to resolve electrical installation and commissioning matters.

Key Requirements

  • •BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
  • •8–10 years of experience delivering electrical engineering services for mission-critical facilities.
  • •Strong knowledge of MV and LV power distribution, transformers, UPS and standby generation systems.
  • •Experience with electrical codes, standards, and industry best practices plus value engineering and integrating new technologies.
  • •Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit is advantageous; fluent Spanish and/or Italian and English required.
