Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead development of core platforms and services for intelligent networking, agentic automation, and real-time distributed systems.
  • •Design and build scalable, secure, reliable, observable, adaptable, and safe software systems for enterprise use cases.
  • •Create event-driven microservices and distributed data processing pipelines for high-volume, high-velocity network and operational data.
  • •Develop capabilities for AI experiences, including generative AI or agentic systems (tool use, planning, memory, retrieval, orchestration, evaluation, deployment).
  • •Partner with other engineers to continuously experiment with emerging technologies and launch state-of-the-art software, data, and AI solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •5+ years of experience across the complete software development lifecycle, including architecture, design, coding, reviews, testing, deployment, and production operations.
  • •5+ years of programming experience in a general-purpose language, preferably Python, Java, Go, or C++.
  • •3+ years of experience leading design and architecture of large-scale distributed systems on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • •Experience mentoring engineers or serving as a technical lead, plus demonstrated ability to resolve highly complex, ambiguous technical problems.
