Key Responsibilities

•Serve as “Pilot Monitoring” during Flight Simulator training.
•Attend all elements of training events, including pre-flight and post-flight briefings.
•Provide right-seat support for clients participating in approved training curricula at CAE SIMCOM facilities.
•Maintain professional conduct in interactions with clients and instructors.
•Complete necessary forms and checklists required for the pilot monitoring role.

Key Requirements

•Commercial Pilot Certificate or an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate.
•Airplane Multi-Engine Land (MEL) rating and an instrument rating with Airplane Multi-Engine Land privileges.
•Minimum 400 total flight hours, including at least 50 hours multi-engine and 50 hours instrument flight.
•Must reside within the Orlando, Florida area.
•Ability to support at least 35 training events within a 12-month period and commit to approximately 10–15 working days per month with flexible scheduling.
