Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver target service performance, case fill rate and on-time delivery while ensuring high on-shelf availability for customers.
  • •Identify and implement initiatives to reduce cost or enhance value creation across the supply chain.
  • •Secure our supply chain preferred supplier position and maintain key internal and external communication channels.
  • •Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve systems and processes for long-term excellence in the customer collaboration model.
  • •Lead cross-functional efforts with Sales and Logistics to ensure Go-to-Mood strategy and Joint Value Creation for customers.

Key Requirements

  • •Prior experience in customer logistics or supply chain role.
  • •Prior knowledge of SAP would be an advantage.
  • •Excel skills, ideally with intermediate skills in SQL, Python and/or PowerBI.
  • •Ability to collaborate with internal teams to drive initiatives and improvements.
  • •Strong understanding of fast-moving supply chain models (e.g. FMCG) and levers to drive service.
