Key Responsibilities

•Engage in bank sales processes by profiling customers, building relationships, utilizing sales/customer service software, and participating in sales campaigns.
•Accurately open, close, and maintain customer accounts according to established policies and procedures.
•Advise customers on Old Second products and services, including learning and applying knowledge to more complex retail products such as IRAs and loans.
•Cross-train as a Teller to handle basic transactions (cash checks, process deposits/withdrawals) and balance the drawer as needed.
•Maintain operational accuracy and compliance for required records and regulatory elements, including completing annual training.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.1 - 29 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma (or equivalent) with 1+ years (Level 1), 2+ years (Level 2), or 3+ years (Level 3) of related experience in banking, cash handling, customer service and/or sales, or an equivalent combination.
•Must obtain NMLS registration within 60 days of assuming the role and meet bank training requirements.
•Must work onsite to perform the responsibilities of the position.
•Demonstrate excellent customer service and professional communication while meeting sales and service goals.
•Maintain working knowledge of internal and legislated compliance and complete annual training, ensuring operational accuracy and compliance.
