Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage in bank sales processes by profiling customers, building relationships, utilizing sales/customer service software, and participating in sales campaigns.
  • •Accurately open, close, and maintain customer accounts according to established policies and procedures.
  • •Advise customers on Old Second products and services, including learning and applying knowledge to more complex retail products such as IRAs and loans.
  • •Cross-train as a Teller to handle basic transactions (cash checks, process deposits/withdrawals) and balance the drawer as needed.
  • •Maintain operational accuracy and compliance for required records and regulatory elements, including completing annual training.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.1 - 29 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) with 1+ years (Level 1), 2+ years (Level 2), or 3+ years (Level 3) of related experience in banking, cash handling, customer service and/or sales, or an equivalent combination.
  • •Must obtain NMLS registration within 60 days of assuming the role and meet bank training requirements.
  • •Must work onsite to perform the responsibilities of the position.
  • •Demonstrate excellent customer service and professional communication while meeting sales and service goals.
  • •Maintain working knowledge of internal and legislated compliance and complete annual training, ensuring operational accuracy and compliance.
