Job Summary

Lead the strategy, operating model, governance, and measurable impact of generative AI across the content production ecosystem, spanning eCommerce, retail, social, CRM, and partner channels. Design scalable prompting standards, evaluation frameworks, and reusable workflow templates, then drive adoption of AI-enabled production systems that improve throughput, consistency, cost-efficiency, and quality at enterprise scale. Partner across creative, commerce, production, engineering, and platform teams to deliver compliant, high-volume content globally.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the organization’s subject matter expert on AI-enabled content production, prompt engineering, workflow automation, and emerging generative technologies.
•Define and evolve the AI production roadmap, including scalable prompting frameworks, reusable prompt libraries, and workflow templates.
•Build and optimize AI-powered production workflows that combine generative models, automation, human review, and operational controls.
•Establish standards and evaluation methodologies to measure AI output quality, consistency, performance, and business impact.
•Lead cross-functional adoption by partnering with creative, content production, digital commerce, operations, platform, product, and engineering teams; mentor the AI production team.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience across digital agencies, technology organizations, or content production environments.
•Deep expertise in generative AI systems and content production workflows, ideally with enterprise-scale AI implementation.
•Strong experience designing prompting methodologies, prompt libraries, template-based generation systems, and evaluation frameworks.
•Hands-on experience with image and video generation/synthesis platforms (e.g., GPT Image, Flux, Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Veo, etc.).
•Experience building and operating large-scale content production workflows where volume, efficiency, consistency, and delivery timelines are critical.
