Key Responsibilities

  • •Review vendor prequalification materials (method statements, ITPs, equipment data, samples) for compliance with contract drawings/specifications and project quality system.
  • •Ensure applicable specifications and drawings are met, report deficiency corrections on-site, and maintain project-standard QC/QA documentation.
  • •Conduct inspections and audits to verify compliance with quality standards, implement QA procedures, and coordinate QC with other technical disciplines.
  • •Coordinate testing/inspection of offsite materials storage and testing; inspect materials for compliance to submittals and drawings; monitor control activities and tests on building components.
  • •Direct, supervise, and coordinate inspection/engineering QC activities; troubleshoot quality control issues; identify nonconformances and lead investigations and CAPA with relevant departments; support commissioning plan and quality meetings.
  • •Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve construction issues, RFIs, and conflicts; assist daily reporting and prepare weekly/monthly quality reports; maintain up-to-date knowledge and coordinate technical activities across departments.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree and 15+ years of relevant experience.
  • •Knowledge of production, construction techniques, procedures, codes, and standards across all disciplines.
  • •Thorough understanding of ISO 9001 for quality control and assurance.
  • •Competence in identifying and managing problems and trends through defect analysis and workgroups.
  • •Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite, including statistical analysis skills.
