Lead the sales floor to drive individual store goals at a sustainable fashion retailer. Report to the Store Manager and consistently meet and exceed sales targets by coaching associates, generating clientele, and maximizing customer retention. Improve customer experience scores using NPS feedback, uphold inventory accuracy through cycle counts and controls, support loss prevention, and maintain store operations, merchandising standards, and weekly workflow.
