Lead the strategy and execution of AppDirect's web platform, guiding a cross-functional team of full‑stack developers to deliver AI-enhanced, high‑performing digital experiences. Drive AI tooling adoption, LLM‑driven content and SEO, and coordinate with design, product and marketing to ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and measurable business impact across corporate site and customer apps. Shape the roadmap end-to-end, mentor engineers, and partner with design to evolve the design system while navigating an evolving AI landscape.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of AppDirect's corporate website and customer-facing web applications, ensuring alignment with business goals and measurable outcomes.
•Lead AI integration across the team's workflows — identifying, testing, and implementing tools for development acceleration, content generation, prototyping, and UX personalization.
•Drive LLM-aware content and SEO strategy, ensuring digital content is discoverable by both human audiences and AI systems.
•Manage and mentor a team of full stack web developers working with the latest AI & Web technologies (we are largely tool agnostic), setting performance standards and supporting professional development.
•Partner with design and UI teams to evolve the component library and design system, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness across all digital touchpoints.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience leading web application development, digital product management, or content architecture, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
•Hands-on experience with React, Next.js, web infrastructure, vibe-coding tools, Postgres databases, and medallion architecture.
•Demonstrated experience integrating AI tools into development or content workflows, including LLM-driven coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Lovable, or Bolt).
•Proven experience with technical SEO, performance optimization, structured data, and LLM-aware content strategies.
•Experience managing technical teams and driving cross-functional initiatives with product, design, and marketing stakeholders.
