Sales Associate

Deliver outstanding consumer experiences as the face of the brand, using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M. service model to support in-store promotions and product launches. Assist across store departments—including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, visual presentation, and stockroom operations. Work closely with store management to meet personal performance objectives, serve as a brand ambassador, and follow policies for asset protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance.
