Key Responsibilities

•Follow the product development process using simulation software and testing equipment to deliver validated refrigeration system designs and air conditioning products.
•Select or design key components for new Air conditioning/heat pump projects (centrifugal, screw, etc.).
•Develop test plans for parts and prototypes testing, qualification, and evaluate results.
•Provide technical documentation for new product launches.
•Monitor industry technology trends and continuously optimize system performance and cost through ongoing improvement.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree (or above) in Mechanical Engineering with emphasis in thermodynamics, refrigeration, air conditioning, or heat transfer; bachelor’s acceptable with strong capability.
•3+ years of HVAC&R related engineering experience in new product and technology development, including refrigeration system design, optimization, and validation.
•Preferred experience in water-cooled centrifugal/screw chiller design.
•Knowledge of residential or commercial HVAC applications; familiarity with UL and GB standards preferred.
•Good communication in Chinese and English and strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
