Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow the product development process using simulation software and testing equipment to deliver validated refrigeration system designs and air conditioning products.
  • •Select or design key components for new Air conditioning/heat pump projects (centrifugal, screw, etc.).
  • •Develop test plans for parts and prototypes testing, qualification, and evaluate results.
  • •Provide technical documentation for new product launches.
  • •Monitor industry technology trends and continuously optimize system performance and cost through ongoing improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree (or above) in Mechanical Engineering with emphasis in thermodynamics, refrigeration, air conditioning, or heat transfer; bachelor’s acceptable with strong capability.
  • •3+ years of HVAC&R related engineering experience in new product and technology development, including refrigeration system design, optimization, and validation.
  • •Preferred experience in water-cooled centrifugal/screw chiller design.
  • •Knowledge of residential or commercial HVAC applications; familiarity with UL and GB standards preferred.
  • •Good communication in Chinese and English and strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
