Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead maintenance teams in predictive and preventative maintenance and machine repairs.
  • •Train employees on proper work methods and safety procedures; supervise maintenance systems, processes, and documentation.
  • •Schedule maintenance in collaboration with Production; develop and implement maintenance systems (prevention/predictive maintenance, TPM, SOPs, safety).
  • •Develop and maintain maintenance KPIs and provide regular status reports to maintenance management.
  • •Ensure maintenance tasks comply with USDA regulations, maintain accurate records and inventory, and provide continuity by delegating/completing required tasks when key personnel are absent.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field and 2+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, required.
  • •Experience leading by training, coaching, mentoring, or managing a process or project.
  • •Ability to lead problem-solving and troubleshooting for high-level process issues.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Proficient with Microsoft Office.
