Deliver exceptional customer service at the cashwrap by greeting customers, processing transactions accurately, and supporting operational compliance. Promote add-on sales and gift cards through the Insider Program, handle returns and damaged goods per standards, and complete end-of-shift audits with management. Keep the checkout area organized, clean, and fully functional by monitoring equipment and reporting issues. Assist with training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service excellence.
