Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and scale a team of 8–12 Forward Deployed Engineers with end-to-end ownership of high-stakes projects.
  • •Hire and develop exceptional engineers; set technical direction across engagements.
  • •Work directly with defense and government customers to deploy, integrate, and operationalize vehicle intelligence products.
  • •Design and implement scalable, consistent approaches for customer engagement and project execution.
  • •Own technical outcomes and drive programs to completion, escalating and resolving ambiguity, changing requirements, and technical tradeoffs.

Key Requirements

  • •Production-grade SW experience, having deployed software or hardware systems to active customers (not R&D or one-off projects).
  • •Strong customer-facing skills and ability to solve customer problems in military/government environments.
  • •Proven mentor and leader of engineering talent.
  • •Strong engineering background in areas such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering.
  • •Broad technical experience across software engineering, operating systems, and some hardware, including integration and deployment of complex systems.
