Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the full HR lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, compensation, performance management, compliance, and employee relations.
  • •Design and continuously improve scalable HR systems that set employees up for success and support compliance at high volume.
  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, conflicts, and escalations, handling sensitive issues with empathy and sound judgment.
  • •Administer and optimize compensation structures and benefits programs; partner with Finance on payroll and headcount planning.
  • •Own HR systems and data (HRIS, payroll, reporting), ensuring data integrity and providing leadership visibility into workforce health.

Key Requirements

  • •5–10 years of HR generalist experience in large-scale, high-volume, early-career workforce environments (e.g., call centers, operations support, BPO, staffing).
  • •Experience with large non-exempt, W-2 employee populations and the employee relations/compliance complexity that comes with them.
  • •Proven ability to manage HR through rapid growth by building scalable processes ahead of demand.
  • •Strong employee relations skills, including handling difficult conversations and investigating complaints with fairness and discretion.
  • •Compliance fluency across wage and hour law, FMLA, ADA, and state-specific requirements.
