Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and ship end-to-end features for PF Scout across TypeScript/Node.js backend and React-based frontend experiences.
  • •Own features end to end from design through production: implementation, testing, deployment, observability, and iteration.
  • •Work on search and data-intensive problems such as retrieval, ranking, aggregation, caching, and large property datasets.
  • •Build and evolve AI-powered product experiences with LLM integrations, tool calling, streaming, conversational state, and fallbacks.
  • •Collaborate with product managers, designers, data teams, and engineers to solve ambiguous customer problems into reliable solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of software engineering experience building production, consumer-facing applications.
  • •Strong TypeScript experience with Node.js backend development using Express.js, NestJS, or similar frameworks.
  • •Experience building modern React frontend applications using React, Next.js, or a comparable stack.
  • •Hands-on experience with search, analytics, or data-intensive systems (e.g., OpenSearch/Elasticsearch, ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, Redis) with query performance debugging and improvement.
  • •Ability to own production software, diagnosing issues to improve reliability and performance.
