Build and foster client relationships through proactive outreach across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels. Assess customers’ banking needs, gather account information, and recommend deposit and loan products aligned to their goals. Provide an optimal client experience by greeting clients, processing basic transactions, opening accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications. Educate clients on digital and self-service tools while working closely with branch team members to serve customers accurately and with operational excellence.
