Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • •10+ years of experience in IT service delivery, shared services, global operations, or managed services environments.
  • •Proven experience running a portfolio of transformation programs to build, scale, and integrate multi-region delivery centers at scale.
  • •Strong understanding of onshore/nearshore/offshore delivery models and global service delivery across multi-tower integration.
  • •Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive-level influencing skills in complex multinational environments.
