Key Responsibilities

•Strategize with agencies and project owners to evaluate project delivery methods and determine the optimal method to fit the owner’s needs.
•Serve as a project leader, interfacing with project owners to determine the goals and constraints for the implementation of their projects.
•Develop procurement strategies and drafting of procurement documents for alternative delivery projects (RFI, RFQ, RFP).
•Advise public agencies and private clients through the procurement process to engage entities to design, construct, operate, and maintain a capital asset, including evaluation criteria and strategies.
•Develop risk profiles for projects, including drafting risk matrices, facilitating risk workshops, and evaluating risk allocation for project delivery.

Salary: USD 122,700 - 218,680 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in relevant field
•10+ years’ experience in directly relevant endeavors
•Experience with infrastructures in at least one sector: transportation, water, power and energy, or social infrastructure
