Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate a variety of production machines (e.g., washer, shot peen, furnace, laser weld, tack weld, laser ablation, x-ray, bake and detailer) to produce blades and/or vanes.
  • •Perform daily standard work and adhere to standard work and all work instructions.
  • •Read and interpret process sheets, use gages/measuring devices, deburr and clean parts, make minor offset changes, and document information on check sheets and run charts.
  • •Clock labor in Solumina and perform daily Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM), documenting results.
  • •Maintain equipment and work areas clean using 5S and move throughout the machine line to operate equipment (including lifting up to 10 pounds).

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED.
  • •U.S. citizenship is required for authorization under the program/contract.
