Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop working knowledge of production schedules and learn to read and follow schedule instructions.
  • •Form and assemble cases to meet production requirements and specifications.
  • •Monitor auto-filled bags/trays for fill weight, seal quality, label placement, date code, and label accuracy; ensure cases enter the case sealer correctly.
  • •Visually inspect products and ingredients for blemishes, flaws, extraneous material, or discoloration; stop production and report serious deviations or equipment malfunctions.
  • •Maintain housekeeping and assist operators with start-up, production, changeover, and shutdown activities; perform other duties as assigned.
