Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the lifecycle of environmental projects in the Brownfield sector, from concept to final execution.
  • •Drive Vertrieb und Geschäftsentwicklung by expanding networks and taking responsibility for project acquisition with industrial clients and developers.
  • •Coordinate and steer cross-functional teams across the lifecycle, including collaboration with technical experts and team leads.
  • •Foster innovative thinking, pursuing new ideas, markets, and approaches to improve solutions and embrace lifelong learning.
  • •Cultivate a collaborative, growth-oriented environment within a structured but flexible team to achieve growth targets.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in natural sciences (geo- or environmental sciences, environmental engineering, hydrogeology), civil engineering or equivalent.
  • •Multiple years of experience in client acquisition, handling, and leadership of projects, especially in site recycling, brownfield remediation, building contaminants remediation and demolition.
  • •Extensive knowledge of environmental regulations, rules and statutory requirements.
  • •Fluent in German and English.
