Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Director of Project Management in managing existing/new client relationships to drive new revenue and renewals.
  • •Lead bid teams and proposal generation, including attending client interviews to present service offerings.
  • •Provide weekly updates on project status, initiatives, staffing, and escalate issues or conflicts as needed.
  • •Provide line management for assigned staff, including coaching and mentoring to support professional growth.
  • •Own financial management: track margin levels, forecasts, ensure timely/accurate client invoicing, and follow up on accounts receivable.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field; a graduate degree is preferred.
  • •Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in construction project management.

  • •Experience managing teams of individual project managers and supporting staff.
