Own the operating cadence for Snowflake’s most important commercial launches and strategic pursuit deals as an AI-native business operations lead. Key Responsibilities

•Operate AI-native workflows and ship AI-assisted workflows that reduce coordination time for Strategic Finance.
•Quarterback launch readiness: coordinate qualifying commercial launches, track progress, surface gaps, and manage dependencies with lead time.
•Run cross-functional coordination across Pricing, Legal, Revenue Accounting, Deal Desk, Sales Compensation, Sales Operations, Systems, Billing, Reporting, Enablement, Product, and Engineering.
•Maintain and improve the coordination playbook (intake, RACI, status cadence, escalation paths, and communication templates) and run launch forums.
•Support Strategic Pursuits and manage the launch portfolio via monthly reviews and quarterly retrospectives, including risk surfacing and steering committee materials.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 173,000 - 216,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Ship production AI-assisted workflows or agents, including prompts, evaluations, integrations, and deployment to real users.
•6+ years in business operations, commercial operations, program management, product operations, revenue operations, deal desk, chief of staff, or equivalent at a scaling technology company.
•Run cross-functional programs across stakeholders such as Pricing, Legal, Revenue Accounting, Sales Operations, Product, Engineering, and GTM; drive decisions to closure and hold peers accountable.
•Build or operate intake, status, escalation, and communication systems that scale across teams.
•Have a working understanding of cloud and SaaS commercial models, including pricing/packaging, billing & metering, revenue recognition, contracting, deal cycles, and post-launch operations.
