Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute sales growth strategy across IAM and OES aftermarket channels throughout Sub-Saharan Africa.
  • •Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining a strong sales pipeline through networking and market intelligence.
  • •Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors, key accounts, OEMs, and strategic partners to drive revenue growth.
  • •Lead commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, contract management, and profitability improvement initiatives.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional teams to manage customer programs and technical special projects, ensuring customer satisfaction and proper lifecycle management of requirements, contracts, orders, and amendments.
  • •Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and deliver business reports and customer performance reviews, using the Customer Relationship Review (CRR) process to improve retention and partnerships.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 5 years of sales experience within the Automotive Aftermarket industry.
  • •Proven experience developing business across African markets, with Sub-Saharan Africa experience preferred.
  • •Experience managing customer programs, technical solutions, or project-based business environments.
  • •Fluent English required, with strong knowledge of distribution networks, channels, and customer relationships in the aftermarket.
