•Own creative strategy end-to-end: campaign concepts, content IPs, and format innovations across organic social, paid, video, and in-product surfaces.
•Translate product truths and customer insights into creative ideas that resonate with the target audience.
•Lead creative development for major campaigns and launches from brief and concept through execution with copywriters, designers, and video creators.
•Build a repeatable creative testing engine for paid and organic by forming hypotheses, shipping variants, reading data, and doubling down on what works.
•Research trends, communities, culture, and competitor creative; use AI tools for research, ideation, scripting, and production; partner across Product Marketing, Growth, and Brand/Content.

•Fluency in internet culture and understanding what drives virality on LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and short-form video.
•Data-informed approach: form and pressure-test a point of view against performance and iterate without ego.
•Comfort using AI in daily workflows and understanding technical concepts enough to make AI agents the hero of a story.
