Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and conduct fitting days in the field for the assigned territory, maintaining fitting tools and accurate records.
  • •Coordinate orders from fittings to be placed by the account or local Territory Sales Manager and serve as the point of contact for fitting-day requests.
  • •Assist with one-on-one consumer fittings and participate in large-scale brand events and golf club fittings for Staff and VIP accounts.
  • •Maintain strong relationships with accounts by working with the local Territory Sales Manager.
  • •Be flexible to business needs and willing to work weekends, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma; college degree preferred
  • •Experience with launch monitors (Trackman, Foresight, or FlightScope) and golf club fitting
  • •Understanding basic and intermediate fitting terminology
  • •Knowledge of golf ball flight data characteristics (speed, launch, spin)
  • •Ability to set up and break down a fitting day, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs
