Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle raw material and indirect procurement.
  • •Coordinate with supply chain and planning to review stock and order the right quantity based on MOQ and lead time.
  • •Run RFQs with approved vendors, perform market benchmarking, and negotiate monthly/quarterly requirements.
  • •Analyze market trends and market intelligence to anticipate commodity price movements and keep orders aligned with business needs.
  • •Manage supplier relationships and purchasing compliance, including SAP updates (PIR/source list, PO approvals), MIS/savings reporting, and issue resolution with SC/production.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate or Diploma in Engineering (any discipline).
  • •Knowledge of specialty chemicals.
  • •Excellent command of MS Office, especially MS Excel, SAP, and Ariba.
  • •Strong planning, organizing, and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • •Excellent written and oral communication, plus good problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
