Key Responsibilities

•Handle raw material and indirect procurement.
•Coordinate with supply chain and planning to review stock and order the right quantity based on MOQ and lead time.
•Run RFQs with approved vendors, perform market benchmarking, and negotiate monthly/quarterly requirements.
•Analyze market trends and market intelligence to anticipate commodity price movements and keep orders aligned with business needs.
•Manage supplier relationships and purchasing compliance, including SAP updates (PIR/source list, PO approvals), MIS/savings reporting, and issue resolution with SC/production.

Key Requirements

•Graduate or Diploma in Engineering (any discipline).
•Knowledge of specialty chemicals.
•Excellent command of MS Office, especially MS Excel, SAP, and Ariba.
•Strong planning, organizing, and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
•Excellent written and oral communication, plus good problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
