Key Responsibilities

•Define and own the technical vision for the AI Agents tribe across the stack, including major architectural decisions for protocols, streaming patterns, data modeling, service boundaries, and state management.
•Scope and implement complex end-to-end solutions from API and data layers through user-facing experiences.
•Plan and execute projects spanning multiple teams, translating roadmap goals into technical strategies and owning delivery accountability.
•Lead engineering excellence by defining canonical patterns for testing, performance, observability, and security; conduct rigorous code reviews.
•Mentor frontend software engineers by providing actionable feedback and sharing knowledge through articles and internal presentations.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of professional software engineering experience with deep expertise in TypeScript and React (v17+).
•Strong API design, service boundary, component design, performance optimization, and maintainability skills in a large monorepo.
•Hands-on experience (or strong curiosity) with agent interoperability protocols (MCP, A2A) and agent-to-UI streaming (AG-UI via SSE/WebSockets).
•Experience integrating LLM providers such as Google Gemini and Mistral on Vertex AI, using agentic frameworks like Google ADK or Strands Agents.
•Proficiency across testing on the stack, including backend testing (pytest equivalents) and frontend testing (Jest, React Testing Library, Storybook, Playwright).
