Key Responsibilities

•Own sales, KPIs, and operational performance across the assigned store cluster.
•Lead and coach Store Managers and key store leaders; recruit, onboard, and develop talent at the store-cluster level.
•Delegate responsibilities to build ownership, accountability, and operational efficiency.
•Execute the defined product mix, ensure inventory accuracy, and support sell-through and operational efficiency.
•Execute VM and Training in stores and provide decision-ready field insights to the Area Manager.

Key Requirements

•Own multi-store execution, driving consistent standards while adapting to individual store needs.
