Job Summary

Lead Balance Sheet Management forecasting and Interest Rate Risk analysis to deliver accurate, timely net interest income (NII) and balance sheet forecasts. Coordinate baseline and stress scenario reporting, consolidate and analyze LOB forecast results, and communicate drivers to stakeholders. Support model documentation and ongoing monitoring, partner globally to meet reporting requirements, and drive continuous improvement through process automation and stronger controls.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide NII and balance sheet forecasting support, including stress testing analysis and results summary.
•Execute reporting routines such as report building, testing, and implementation of new reporting requirements.
•Coordinate, consolidate, analyze, and report LOB forecast results across baseline and stress scenarios.
•Communicate forecast drivers (market yield changes, LOB business strategy, legal entity, and product) to stakeholders.
•Prepare and maintain model documentation and ongoing monitoring plans/reports up to four times per year, supporting model review documentation.

Key Requirements

•8 to 12 years of experience in finance/accounting or financial services.
•Strong understanding of the balance sheet and income statement, preferably in a banking setting, with knowledge of interest rate risk principles.
•Experience with banking products (Loans, Deposits) and exposure to Global Markets.
•Advanced Excel experience with large datasets (pivots, data manipulation, reconciliations) and strong attention to detail.
•Clear and concise verbal and written communication, comfortable escalating issues and partnering to deliver timely, well-controlled reporting.
