Job Summary

Own end-to-end deployment and adoption of Encord for a portfolio of enterprise customers, guiding onboarding through long-term success. Lead customers to value quickly through enablement and strong success plans, while building trusted relationships across technical and executive stakeholders. Monitor goals, usage, and risks to proactively resolve issues and support renewals, expansions, and measurable outcomes. Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Leadership to shape Encord’s post-sales motion at scale.

•Own end-to-end deployment and customer success from initial onboarding through long-term adoption.
•Guide technical teams and run enablement to help customers reach value quickly and establish success plans.
•Build deep, trusted relationships across stakeholder levels, from hands-on users to executive sponsors.
•Proactively manage customer goals, usage, and risk profile to address issues before they escalate.
•Partner with Sales on renewals and expansion opportunities, and share insights with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap.

Key Requirements

•2–8 years in a customer-facing technical or post-sales role (e.g., Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, Implementation, or Management Consulting).
•Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder deployments of technical software products, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
•Track record driving measurable outcomes such as time-to-value, product adoption, retention, or expansion across enterprise accounts.
•Ability to engage confidently with technical teams (ML engineers, data scientists, software engineers) and executive/business stakeholders.
•Strong project management skills and familiarity with CRM/CS tooling (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Gainsight).
