•Process and assess Major (Death, CI, TPD, Waiver claim) end to end.
•Identify and flag potential fraud or non-disclosure during case assessment.
•Complete end-to-end tasks within the given Turn Around Time accurately.
•Liaise with intermediaries in the work process.
•Draft and send correspondence letters independently.

Key Requirements

•Graduate in biosciences or any science-related studies is an added advantage.
•2 years in Life/Major claims is an added advantage.
•Good communication skills in written and verbal.
•Knowledge of medical terms/medical related studies is an added advantage.
•Ability to consume medical information from reports and make decisions accordingly.
