Call Center Analyst

Engage Canada-based customers through high-volume outbound calling to promote telecom plans, upgrades, bundles, and retention offers. Understand customer needs, deliver consultative recommendations, and handle objections while driving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate CRM records and follow scripts, quality, and process standards to ensure a strong customer experience. Work US–Canada aligned night shifts from the office with company-provided pick-up/drop for night shifts.
