Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build AI-enabled solutions for discriminative and generative applications.
  • •Create and maintain efficient data pipelines for ML workflows.
  • •Develop AI agents using the latest LLMs or train new neural networks from scratch.
  • •Test models with rigor and monitor deployments for accuracy and drift.
  • •Work with cross-functional partners across TI to deliver scalable, performant, and secure solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • •3.0/4.0 cumulative GPA or higher.
  • •Experience with AI/ML, including development of novel neural-network algorithms and publication in top technical conferences.
  • •Ability to design, train, and use transformer-based LLMs (reasoning, agents).
  • •Proficiency with programming and ML methods such as neural networks and traditional techniques (e.g., clustering, regression, trees).
