Design and implement robust solutions for the DEAN product line within the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Information and Technology. Key Responsibilities

•Partner with team members to design and implement robust solutions to meet VA’s complex needs.
•Simplify the end-user experience, reduce user effort, and increase decision-making capabilities.
•Define key business scenarios and evolve the vision and future-state roadmap for programs.
•Champion evangelization and education efforts, and develop partnerships with product line and operational support organizations.
•Identify root causes of stalled dataflows and implement remediation to restore optimal performance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 135,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree with 10+ years (or commensurate experience).
•Healthcare solutioning experience as a technical lead, systems architect, or solutions architect, partnering with technical leads.
•Expertise in DevSecOps culture and VA OIT or federal IT processes, measures, and tools aligned with OIT standards.
•Proficiency with JIRA, ServiceNow, and architecture modeling tools to produce solutions and complex diagrams.
•Experience designing enterprise-level solutions and future-state architectures, including as-is modernization assessments and technical assessments.
