Key Responsibilities

  • •Agree drawing strategy, type, size, and drawing numbering, and suggest methods for efficient drawing production.
  • •Manage and review the production of work to specified WSP I CAD standards, proposing standard revisions as needed.
  • •Use and develop templates and CAD/BIM library items to assist design work and maintain project folders aligned with WoW/file structure.
  • •Coordinate engineering services to ensure correct inputs are received on time and reviewed outputs are issued.
  • •Review engineers’ sketches and team drawings to identify conflicts or missing information; raise and track queries and logs.

Key Requirements

  • •At least Diploma in CAD with 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • •Experience in a similar Senior BIM Technician role.
  • •Competence in AutoCAD/Revit/MicroStation (and CAD software such as RCD/Cads RC).
  • •Ability to use WSP BIM/CAD standards, templates, and CAD library items to support design work.
  • •Knowledge of QA, document control, archiving and CDM guidelines, including proper logging of incoming/outgoing work.
