Key Responsibilities

  • •Think deeply on a product surface, not just a single product or feature. Drive product discovery with existing clients and prospective customers to understand and articulate their problems.
  • •Ship high quality products and features that deliver both customer value and business outcomes (ARR + # customers).
  • •Build prototypes and MVPs with the engineering team to prove viability with customers and technical feasibility
  • •Lead pilots, implementations, and enterprise commits with customer success for new product initiatives
  • •Work closely with the founding team, engineering, customer success, and GTM to create new product and business verticals
