•Consult with senior leaders on organizational design and effectiveness, serving as a talent coach.
•Champion culture with a focus on inclusion and engage business leaders to support human capital strategy.
•Use workforce data and predictive analytics to improve decision-making and support business metrics and objectives.
•Partner with HR Centers of Excellence, Employee Services, and HR Strategy & Operations to plan and execute the charter.

•Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to recognize trends and recommend actions.
•Build relationships with business leaders and present to senior leaders using strong communication and interpersonal skills.
