Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to provide robust scheduling for sub-programme scope integration through dependency milestones.
  • •Provide advice to contractors on the structure and content of their schedules and support the process via input of current schedule plans.
  • •Produce schedule reports to communicate schedule status in line with client requirements.
  • •Assess impacts (time and cost) of proposed baseline changes and support schedule impact assessments to eChange.
  • •Review instructed PMIs and their implementation within contractor schedules, and support planning working practices for the sub-programme.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrate thorough understanding and experience of P6 schedule development and administration, including detailed schedule development and design schedules.
  • •Assure contractor schedules and perform schedule risk analysis and schedule interface management.
  • •Have experience with accepted programme management under NEC.
  • •Produce and support schedule impact assessments for baseline changes, using eChange.
  • •Previous airports experience is an advantage.
