Job Summary

Own the refresh of internal communications channels and drive delivery of a new company intranet with two parallel tracks—launching an MVP now while building the business case for a longer-term platform investment. Establish intranet information architecture, governance, content ownership, and adoption, evaluate external platform options, and identify opportunities to embed AI across comms and intranet experiences. Partner with Employee Experience stakeholders and senior leaders across People and Technology.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the refresh of internal comms channel structure to improve clarity, reduce noise, and embed consistent governance.
•Own delivery of a new intranet through two parallel tracks, including building an MVP and developing the business case for longer-term investment.
•Establish intranet content architecture, governance, and ownership from day one to create a lasting foundation.
•Evaluate external intranet platforms and use MVP learnings to build an evidence-based case for future investment.
•Identify opportunities to embed AI across comms and the intranet, and support companywide internal comms and strategy/change initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 42,000 - 48,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Significant experience in internal communications in a fast-moving, international business, ideally within tech.
•Practical experience designing, launching, or significantly refreshing an intranet with strong information architecture, governance, and content ownership/adoption knowledge.
•Experience evaluating intranet or digital employee experience platforms and making confident recommendations.
•Strong project management skills to own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives.
•Experience working closely with senior stakeholders and advising them on change initiatives, plus curiosity about AI for improving comms processes.
