Key Responsibilities

•Continuously develop and optimize global credit risk management processes and ensure their consistent application.
•Own the international rollout of process standards and accompany migration projects.
•Monitor credit accounts for key accounts, recognize risks early, and drive escalations.
•Negotiate framework contracts with trade credit insurers, brokers, and rating agencies and actively maintain these partnerships.
•Design credit risk reporting and steer creation and further development of the reports.

Key Requirements

•University degree in finance and initial experience in credit risk management, ideally in an international environment.
•Good understanding of process design, documentation, and internal control systems (e.g., IKS).
•Confidence using relevant tools and systems in risk management (e.g., SOA, Atrium).
•Strong negotiation skills and communication strength, with willingness to take responsibility for complex topics.
•Structured working style and analytical thinking.
