  • •Collaborate with Account Executives to assess customer needs and design optimal delivery strategies, balancing Ivalua-led and partner-led engagements.
  • •Articulate the value and differentiation of Ivalua’s services approach—clarifying scope, resourcing, timelines, and governance.
  • •Lead scoping, estimation, and SOW creation in collaboration with Professional Services and Alliance teams.
  • •Advise executive stakeholders on implementation readiness, risk mitigation, and value realization.
  • •Maintain oversight of contracting progress and proactively address issues that could impact success.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5+ years experience in services advisory, services sales, or management consulting, ideally within enterprise SaaS or procurement technology.

  • •Proven success in scoping and positioning complex professional services programs, with strong commercial and operational acumen.
