Job Summary

Structure and price FX risk management solutions by assessing clients’ FX exposure and existing hedges. You will price FX derivatives from vanilla to exotic, develop FX structured product proposals, recommend strategies and market-driven trade ideas, and execute complex FX hedges. The role also partners with front office teams and FX Sales/Client Portfolio Managers and trains them on structured product strategies, pricing, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Assess clients’ FX exposure and current hedges to structure appropriate FX risk management solutions.
•Price FX derivatives from vanilla to exotic and develop proposals for FX structured products.
•Collaborate with front office teams, Client Portfolio Managers, and FX Sales to deliver FX products to clients.
•Recommend strategies and pricing for complex FX derivative structured products and create market-driven trade ideas.
•Execute complex FX hedges and train FX Sales and Client Portfolio Managers on structured product strategies and pricing.

Key Requirements

•Proven analytical, problem-solving, numerical and verbal reasoning skills.
•A degree in finance, financial engineering, econometrics, or financial mathematics.
•Understanding and interest in pricing FX Spot, Swaps, NDFs, and Options.
•Modelling experience, including scenario analysis and stress testing.
•Native-level fluency in German and fluent English; Excel experience required (Python preferred).
